Just made our first batch of homemade goat cheese using local, raw goat milk. It was so easy and is incredibly delicious.
We’ve got a broody hen! We appeased the last one that did this by replacing an egg she was sitting on with a young chick in the middle of the night. I don’t think we have the capacity for that this time around so we’ll just have to wait her out!
The garden is growing! Starting to see lots of healthy arugula, broccoli, chard & spinach sprouts come up.
